1. Who we are

Siraaj School ("Siraaj", "we", "us") is an online learning platform for risk-resilient leadership. These Terms are a contract between you and Siraaj School.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have a guardian's consent.

3. Free and paid content

Foundations courses are free. Mastery tracks, certifications, and cohort programs are paid. Pricing, inclusions, and access duration are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share login credentials or resell access.
• Do not redistribute course materials without written permission.
• Do not harass other members of the Community.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, designs, and brand assets are owned by Siraaj School or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for the stated period.

6. Disclaimers

Siraaj content is for education only and is not legal, financial, or professional risk advice for any specific situation. You are responsible for decisions made in your organisation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
